“The gorgeous ceremony space in the castle felt intimate and looked stunning even with very little decoration. We used the adjacent Charles Gray Room for our meal and we loved that we could open the large doors for a view out over the museum gallery while we ate. This also meant that guests arriving for the evening reception could listen to the speeches and not feel left out. As we had free rein of the museum it meant guests really got into learning about the history of the Castle – with several of them getting their hands on the dressing up box – this was fantastic as it meant that there were no ‘lulls’ in the day!”
